Julien Tardif

Julien Tardif

Creative Director — Co-funder
Before started Cenitz in 2014, Julien has worked for more than 10 years as a freelance senior designer leading projects in innovation, design and communication. He has served private clients as well as agencies such as Landor, Carré Noir, Dragon Rouge, Publicis, TBWA, DDB.

He has worked for companies operating in energy (EDF, Total) ; transports (SNCF, Air France) ; consumer goods (Pernod Ricard, Nestlé) ; banking (Banque Populaire, BNP Paribas) ; lobbying (MSL Group) ; non-profit & public sector (Toulouse métropole, Landes region, Action contre la faim).

Julien was trained at ECV and received a masters degree in visual communication from Créapole.

Lisa Deschamps

Lisa Deschamps

Brand Consultant — Co-funder
After 8 years of experience working in branding strategy and client management at prominent design agencies Carre Noir and Dragon Rouge, Lisa created Cenitz in 2014.

Her clients have spanned a wide range of industries including sports (PSG & LOSC soccer clubs) ; luxury (Fred jewellery, Sofitel) ; industry (Bouygues, Saint-Gobain) ; insurance (AXA, MMA) and public sector (Versailles university, Pau Porte des Pyrénées).

She received masters degrees in both Marketing and Design from Nancy Business School and Nancy National School of Arts.

Anaïs Allegrini

Anaïs Allegrini

Senior Designer
After 7 years as designer at Dragon Rouge, Anaïs recently joined Cenitz.

She brings her ability to manage a global branding project, from conception up to implementation on all touchpoints. She has a specific experience in sport with key clients like PSG and LOSC soccer clubs, but also FFF and Paris 2024. She has also worked for Bouygues Immobilier, Fred, Direct Energie…

She was trained at École de Condé Paris.

Marc worked for 10 years in agencies such as Publicis and FullSix, before specializing in digital strategy consulting.

Creative Director, Project Designer, and IT enthousiast, he draws and supports ERP project for Sephora, Digital Assets Management SAAS platform for Bolloré, products repositioning for Dr. Brandt Cosmetics, Digital B2B strategy / POS / Content & Services for Samsung, and the continuing evolution of the prestigious Dior.com

Digital Account Manager

After 6 years in agencies such as Digitas (Publicis), Mazarine and Emakina, Marion recently joined Cenitz and brings to brands a deep understanding of e-commerce and brand websites/application.

She has worked for international and premium/luxury brands to define and deploy innovative digital and communication strategies in several sectors : alcohol (Moët & Chandon, Louis Roederer, Martell) ; fine jewelry (Van Cleef & Arpels, Messika) ; consumer goods (Ladurée, Paul, Nissan) and beauty & fashion (Guerlain, Helena Rubinstein, L’Oréal, Agnès b.).

Grégory Driot

Technical Director
Grégory worked for more than 10 years in agencies such as Digitas (Publicis), SQLI agency and Publicis Consultants.
Expert in digital marketing, he has accompanied several brands on their digital strategy as well as in the deployement of tools in many sectors :
Automotive (Volkswagen, Seat, Valeo), Energy (EDF, Butagaz), Retail (Casino, Intermarché), Corporate (Savencia, Ipsos, McDonald)
Passionate about digital, Grégory has designed many business applications for clients with varied problems (Feu Vert, Villaverde, Groupe SEB).

Training: masters degree in communication media engineering from Toulon

Evgueni Spiridonov

Evgueni Spiridonov

Brand consultant
Having worked for 11 years in global agencies such as G2 NY, Dragon Rouge Paris or TBWA London, he specializes in advertising, activation, branding & innovation.

His expertise lays in businesses with a highly regulated communication environment – tobacco (Lucky Strike, Dunhill, Winston, LD), alcohol (Johnny Walker, Tanqueray, J&B, SAB Miller, Kraken) and petro-chemicals (Chevron). And while having mainly focused on B2C strategies, he also benefits of a solid corporate and trade communication experience.

Théo Guillard

Théo Guillard

Type Director
Théo is an independent graphic designer and typographer, specializing in the creation of original writing. He creates or co-creates exclusive typographies, letterings, logotypes, calligraphies, and letter paintings for brands or communication agencies.

He was able to distribute his typography to independent foundries such as ITF or FontStore and participate in major projects like the creation of multi-script typography within the BlackFoundry Parisian foundry.

Training: bachelors degree in graphic design, masters degree taught by Axes Sud Toulouse (character drawing and calligraphy)
